Here is Karen Blog in Chinese version
200g mash potato
60g cornstarch or potato starch
30g oil or melt butter
1-2 green onion fine chop
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp cheese powder ( I used macaroni and cheese powder)
Preheat oven 170C
1- Mix well all together and form to a ball .
3-Bake at 170C about 15' and decrease the heat to 150C for 5' and turn off the oven to let it dry out until crisp.
PS: Check your oven temp to see the different , the cracker must yellow and crispy is complete the result .
