HOME MAKE UDON NOODLE

Last month we went to Disney World , I order this for dinner , It's plain but taste so good , I must be very hungry ??? So I try to made at home , it turn out not bad but it not perfect cut yet :)
This receipe is from Japanese Cook Book . But I edit it to my way little :)the original one using only wheat flour ,and I try out with little topioca starch .

This tempura come along with noodle soup when I order ! So I tried made it the same flavour :) .
