SOYA KNOT ROTI
INGREDIENT:
A>
1 bag soya knot
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp five spice powder
2 Tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp cooking wine
1 tsp sesame oil
B>
1 CAN coconut juice or coconut soda
1 small shallot chop small
METHOD :
1- Put all ingredient A together and marinate it let it sit few hour or overnight in fridge .
2- Using a non stick pan put little oil and put shallot until golden .
3- Put all #(1) in pan in flip it until golden brown .
4- Pour the coconut juice in pan (#3) and let simmer for awhile until the sauce is little thick . Adjust your taste with soya sauce + sugar .
5- Serve with chili sauce for appetizer or with steam rice .
