VỊT QUAY CHAO ( ROAST DUCK WITH PEPPER BEANCURD SAUCE )

This is first time I tried this type of roast duck , it's not bad :)

Hi Ching,
I tried roast duck at home a few times , but before I roast with five spice powder ( chinese style ) this time I marinate with pepper beacurd sauce , it's different but not bad at all .
