CHẢ GIÒ VN ( VIETNAMESE SPRING ROLLS)

This is one of my husband favourt foods , he like the spring rolls with rice paper and my kids is like with Hongkong skin wrap ,so every time I do it I have to do two type .

Any secret in frying the rice pepper? I did it one and it was a disaster!

When you finish roll , you should put the spring rolls on the fridge about 30- 1h and fry it . Then put in hot oil one by one slowly .Also I dip in liquid is ( half milk + half water + little MSG ) bring to boil and dip rice paper on it and take it out quick , leave on plate and put filling and roll it .
